we eat such a limited range of them - sheep, cows, pigs and chickens,
and that's about it.
We
are surrounded by tasty animals that we are too squeamish to try,
bound by arbitrary conventions on what is edible and what isn't.
The purpose of this site is to open your eyes to a delightful world
of culinary possibilities.
