There are over 2,000,000 species of animals on Planet Earth and we eat such a limited range of them - sheep, cows, pigs and chickens, and that's about it. 

We are surrounded by tasty animals that we are too squeamish to try, bound by arbitrary conventions on what is edible and what isn't. The purpose of this site is to open your eyes to a delightful world of culinary possibilities. 

Who hasn't seen the beautiful penguins of the Antarctic and wondered if they tasted of chicken? And whether or not you could make kievs out of them?
